Never Ever will stay it was compulsion as Mercure and Aston didn’t had room
It’s too Bad conditions of Rooms / Bed Linen are not changed and are dusty / pillow covers were so stinging. No Body Bath Soap . conditions of bathroom are so worst and even quality of water was literally yellow. the whole lobby was stingy and even carpets not clean it was full of damp smell

Not a 4 staf hotel
The lobby was ok Breakfast was good Central location
This hotel was never 4 stars and now maybe not 3. We also stayed at IbIs Hotel Samarinda and Mercure Samarinda, both were less expensive and much better hotels. We have stayed in other Swiss-Bel properties and this one doesn’t compare. The standard rooms are old, we didn’t stay in a deluxe. The towels are threadbare, the electronics were old (tv system, no USB, loud AC). Hallways look soviet. The bed was poorly made (sheet didn’t cover mattress on one side). We arrived at 7pm and asked what time the swimming pool closed. Reception person said 9pm, so we relaxed and went down at 8. It closed at 8! Thanks!!! It is a smallish pool in a small walled-in courtyard area anyway, so not what you’d expect from 4 stars.
